Software Support Our experience includes security/anti-virus software, e-mail set-up including general office software, payroll and accounts packages to name but a few. Hyper-V and Citrix virtualisation are available and our operating system support covers MS Windows, Linux and UNIX.
Hardware Support We advise on the suitability of all types of hardware eg. Laptops, Desktop PCs, Servers, Printers, Switches, Routers, Barcode Readers etc. In certain circumstances our support can include the short term loan of a server to provide additional back-up during critical business periods.
Network Support Tay Commercial Services can support all types of Wired and Wireless Networks, Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN) and Virtual Private Networks (VPN).
Database Support Be it a completely new database installation or the upgrade / migration of an existing database, Tay Commercial Services have the expertise to assist. Our database experience covers MySQL, MS SQL Server and Informix.

Support Contracts A support contract from Tay Commercial Services comes tailored to each client's circumstances and requirements. We offer stand alone hardware or software contracts or a combined contract. Our contracts may include a maximum number of site visits or a fixed charge per visit. With regards to labour costs these may be paid on an incident-by-incident basis or a maximum number of hours can be included in a fixed monthly charge. Our support is also offered on an ad-hoc basis.
